Job Description: Duties includes but not limited to: interpret and translate written and spoken communications. Transcribe and analyze verbal communications. Perform document exploitation. Scan, research, and analyze foreign language documents for key information. Translate and gist foreign language documents. Identify and extract information components meeting military information requirement list criteria. Provide input to reports.

Forensics capability will be measured through analysis of:
* Programming knowledge or experience

NetDetector, IDA Pro, and EtherPeek) and processes, or holding forensics certifications
* Log analysis experience on Windows and UNIX systems

Job Description: Develop and maintain liaison and close working relationships with national intelligence agencies, community organizations to insure synchronization and integrity of methodologies, approaches, and analytic approaches. Research and develop intelligence products such as analytic studies, reports, briefings, and threat warning tippers. Identify gaps in intelligence information and provide commendations for collection and production to address these gaps.
Requirement: Working knowledge of the intelligence cycle, collection management cycle, and the targeting cycle. Comprehensive knowledge of intelligence production to include a working
knowledge of IMINT, SIGINT, CI, and OSINT. Work may entail shift work and weekends. Required active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly.

Physical Security SME-TSA (Arlington, VA)

Primary duties include Physical Security surveys of government owned and leased property to assess current Physical Security levels.  Recommend hardware upgrades for surveyed space (electronic locks, video cameras, anti-intrusion systems).  Write statements of work for security contractors to bid on installation of equipment.

At least 5 years of experience with all areas of Physical Security assessments.  Experience with writing statements of work and in-depth knowledge of modern security systems.  Holds a current Top Secret clearance.

 

 

***NEW**HOT*** PROGRAM MANAGER (PM) (Fairfax, VA)

Summary: Program Manager (PM) will act as corporate point of contact for contracts in the Mission Support Group, primarily dealing with intelligence activities. 
Description: PM will be responsible for the cost, schedule and performance of assigned contracts.  PM will be responsible for all estimates to complete, Burn Rate Analysis and Projections, and the effect of salary and labor category increases on corporate profitability. PM will be responsible for writing technical sections in proposals to support business development, for both private and government proposals. PM is also responsible for timesheet monitoring and approval.  PM will work closely with corporate recruiters and attend job fairs as directed.  Attend meetings for all active contracts as well as ones without current task orders.  Review and approve invoices.  Review expense reports for approval.  Manage employees at multiple locations around the Northern VA area as well as overseas locations for the Mission Support Group.  Monitor and evaluate performance of company employees, and initiate corrective or disciplinary actions when necessary. Monitor and evaluate programs for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement.  Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirement: Candidate should have a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a Deputy Program Manager or equivalent.  Bachelor Degree preferred, but can substitute experience.  DoD contracting experience is a plus. Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance.
Candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software products to include Word Excel, Access, email, PowerPoint, and other presentation software. The applicant should be experienced using Internet browsers and have experience in operating PC-compatible computers and common peripherals such as printers, mass storage devices, and optical scanners in addition to operation of facsimile equipment.

 

 

Program Security Representative (PSR) (Arlington, VA)

Summary: The candidate shall possess and have successfully demonstrated technical competence, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the interpersonal/people skills necessary to determine and implement the proper and effective security policy and procedure for the protection of classified information at the program level for collateral, SAP, or SCI efforts. Qualifying, relevant experience includes demonstrated recent experience in successfully performing as a program security representative (or similar title) for one or more programs on a contract or in an organization that provides security support to a federal entity or private corporation in a classified environment.
Job Description: Selected candidates will provide embedded program security support with personnel referred to as Program Security Representatives (PSR) who work closely with the government Program Security Officers (PSO). PSR shall be to assist the PSOs and the DARPA technical office Program Managers and program staff in determining, interpreting, and applying security requirements applicable to their assigned programs. The PSR shall use initiative and innovation to apply program security requirements in such a manner that the mission of the programs can be accomplished in a cost effective, schedule compliant manner with minimum risk to information, personnel, and business continuity. The PSR shall assist the programs in identifying and managing the risks associated with the programs.
Requirement: Must have active TS/SCI, with 6-8 years of related experience such as SAP, SCIF, SCI and collateral. BA is a plus.
